Foundations of the Circles

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Embodied Presence

A large tree with thick, twisting roots at the base and a canopy of green leaves. Sunlight filters through the leaves, creating a starburst effect.

Earth-Based Wisdom

What to Expect

A flat lay of various dried botanical elements arranged on a light wooden surface. The collection includes leaves, small branches, seed pods, and other plant fragments in neutral tones.

Each circle is a lived experience—

You will be invited into a space where the mind can soften and your more intuitive, embodied nature can begin to lead. We listen from the heart, the body, and all the subtle movements within. We listen to the wisdom of our ancestors and the earth.

You may find yourself:

  • feeling more connected to your inner world

  • accessing emotions that have been waiting for your attention

  • gaining clarity around what is moving in your life

  • feeling lighter, more spacious, and more grounded

Sometimes you will leave with answers, sometimes with deeper questions—but always with something alive inside you.

❋ Intentional Structure

Blended with guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid. The structure of the group is curated in a way to support your inner work.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. Both the connection with your internal world and the circle. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from your inner journey.

❋ Experienced Facilitation

Led and guided with intention, care, and thoughtfulness. The space is held in a way that encourages participation, internal movement and purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

These circles offer a compassionate and welcoming space—so you can be here fully and allow for your process to unfold naturally.

“When we sit in circle, we create a field where the invisible can speak.”

Meet your facilitator

A woman with brown, wavy hair smiling at the camera, wearing a blue embroidered shirt and a red beaded necklace, sitting outdoors with green foliage in the background.

I am deeply informed by my connection with the living world, the plants, and my ancestors. I have immense gratitude and respect for the elders, sisters, brothers, and communities around me filled with rich wisdom and guidance which has shaped me greatly. From my time sitting in ceremony with amazonian traditions, learning from elders working with grief, and my own education in the West with various therapeutic modalities—I have found a way to weave these teachings together.

I have a foot in both worlds; the ceremonial spaces and western therapeutic spaces. Both compliment one another. I have found a way to weave them together allowing for a holistic and creative healing space for you to gather together. The circles will have foundations from Internal Family Systems, Chris Burris’ Healing Circles method, ritual, grief tending, and the holding of the elemental earth.

I have spent the last six years offering therapy for those with complex trauma. Along these years I have spent time in various trainings and workshops around the world deepening into the IFS model, somatic practices, and grief rituals. I sit with the Huni Kuin tradition in ceremony and am deeply informed in these spaces about what it means to heal, fully blossom, and be a part of the village and community in a meaningful way. I have explored different ways of experiencing and being engaged in the world through all the teachers, spaces, and lands I have traveled. My own self exploration has imprinted how I hold space for others.

Why Enchanted Circles?

A large, mature tree with extensive root system and lush green leaves, sunlight shining through the branches.

The word enchanted has followed me for much of my life—it weaves through my work as a therapist, my experiences with Amazonian plant medicine traditions, and intimate moments with the living world. It names something I have always felt: a deep, living connection to the earth, our ancestors, spirit, and one another.

In choosing Enchanted as the name and identity for my work, I am honoring that lifelong relationship and inviting others into it. The world is alive, relational, and worthy of our reverence.

Enchantment is already within us—it is about awakening the senses as a bridge back to this alive state. These circles are an offering: spaces to gently attune back to the living world, especially in times when trauma, disconnection, and overwhelm can numb our capacity to feel.

To live enchanted is an invitation to join the dance of life more fully—to practice reciprocity, humility, surrender, belonging, and remembrance that we are part of something sacred.

The ground I invite you into is a space to do inner work that creates more spaciousness inside—so we can be more receptive to the enchantment of the living world. I believe the living world is always calling us home to ourselves and one another, and by healing our internal world we make space for this sacred connection and for our fullest expression.

Trauma can dampen the flame of our spirit—healing can reignite it. So we may do what the rose bush does in spring, flow like the wild river, exclaim our praise of life like the geese, and join the great symphony of life all around us.

Reach out to get started. We’ll connect to see if this is the right fit, and I’m happy to answer any questions!
